Payment Policy

Study club participants are required to submit a deposit with registration information. Once registered, you are responsible for ALL session payments whether or not you attend those sessions. Most study club tuition may be broken into payments if desired. If paying by check, please make remittance payable to "Oregon Implant Continuum." A $3,000 deposit will confirm your enrollment in this course. $1,000 of your deposit is non-refundable, if you should withdraw from the course.
No refunds given after a Course begins. Remaining balance will be divided into 8 equal payments payable each month, Sept thru April. The registrant for the Oregon Implant Continuum authorizes Medonline, Inc.to charge tuition to the credit card listed below for an initial deposit of $3,000 ($1,000 non-refundable) and 8 (September through April) equal payments.
